RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods that have been unused, unopened, completely sealed (in the identical manner in which they were sold) and in resalable condition may be returned for a full exchange and/or refund within 7 business days after the time of purchase. After 7 business days a 15% restocking fill will apply.

Goods may not be returned and/or exchanged following 14 (fourteen) business days from the time of purchase.

For items that cannot be returned and/or exchanged in person, the customer will be 100% liable for all shipping costs incurred to return said product. This is non-negotiable.

Funds will be credited by original payment method only. Cash returns over $50.00 will be issued by e-transfer, cheque or refunded to debit card.

Seal-broken oils, lotions, gels or creams cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons, some items cannot be returned such as pillows and mattress pads. Central Okanagan Massage and Supply retains the right to determine appropriate suitability of returned items.

In the event any gels/lotions/liquids/creams are returned to My Massage Shop and have been found to be opened/tampered with, the customer will bear 100% of the sale price of said item. The damaged item will belong to the customer and no refund will be issued.

For any defective items, My Massage Shop reserves the right to replace said item(s) with the identical product that was originally purchased before offering a refund. Should the item be deemed defective for a second time a full refund will be issued should that be the preference of the customer. Please contact My Massage Shop for information on shipping for items covered under warranty.
