SHIPPING POLICY

All Prices are in Canadian Dollars.

We will ship your order to the address EXACTLY as it is inputted on our website, therefore orders returned to us undeliverable due to customer input error will not be re-shipped without a form of payment to cover new shipping costs.

We offer FREE pick up in store or at our warehouse and offer a flate rate for delivery within the Kelowna area. All other deliveries will be charged as per calculated by Canada Post/FedEx.

For same day delivery to West Kelowna/Kelowna (non-shipping option): cut off is 10am.
All same day pick up orders must be received by 11am.

Deliveries are not available on weekends.

If your order is being delivered by us, your delivery will take place between 8-6pm Monday through Friday. To make special arrangements or have product left at the door call us.

**Please note that some shipments may require additional shipping charges due to excessive weight, liquid gel, rural shipping areas and bulk/special orders.

In order to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as well as a current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue.  Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If a Canada post tracking confirmation, or Courier tracking confirmation indicates that an order has been delivered, then we are not responsible for re-shipping or a refund of the order, if it has been lost. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods that have been unused, unopened, completely sealed (in the identical manner in which they were sold) and in resalable condition may be returned for a full exchange and/or refund within 7 business days after the time of purchase. After 7 business days a 15% restocking fill will apply.

Goods may not be returned and/or exchanged following 14 (fourteen) business days from the time of purchase.

For items that cannot be returned and/or exchanged in person, the customer will be 100% liable for all shipping costs incurred to return said product. This is non-negotiable.

Funds will be credited by original payment method only. Cash returns over $50.00 will be issued by e-transfer, cheque or refunded to debit card.

Seal-broken oils, lotions, gels or creams cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons, some items cannot be returned such as pillows and mattress pads. Central Okanagan Massage and Supply retains the right to determine appropriate suitability of returned items.

In the event any gels/lotions/liquids/creams are returned to My Massage Shop and have been found to be opened/tampered with, the customer will bear 100% of the sale price of said item. The damaged item will belong to the customer and no refund will be issued.

For any defective items, My Massage Shop reserves the right to replace said item(s) with the identical product that was originally purchased before offering a refund. Should the item be deemed defective for a second time a full refund will be issued should that be the preference of the customer.
